  • NEXT GENERATION LAG SCREW - Power-Thread structural screws are made with case hardened steel for strength, and a self-drilling thread for fast installation, resulting in a stronger and easier- to-use fastener.
  • NO PRE-DRILLING - Cork screw tip and blade cutting threads provide easy piercing and fast driving while reducing strain on the material.
  • REAMER THREAD - The reamer thread creates a larger passage for the unthreaded shank to easily draw materials together, and reduces tension on the screw head.
  • SERRATED UNDERHEAD - Serrations on the underside of the screw head embed into the wood to countersink the head and help prevent loosening.
  • DOME HEAD DESIGN - Enhances the structural capability of the screw, and provides a smooth surface.
  • CORROSION RESISTANT COATING - RoHS compliant coating is approved for use with alkaline copper quaternary (ACQ) pressure treated lumber.
  • PRECISION POWER-THREAD TORX® TYPE / STAR RECESS - When used with Power-Thread Torx® Type / Star insert bits, the tight fit holds the screw so it can be installed with one hand without the screw falling off. Screws can also be installed with standard Torx® Type / Star bits.
