Product Details

  • Wherever a tight positive seal is needed, tube to tube, to flexible hose, or to rigid pipe, (not to be used for butt to butt con nect ing) the positive seal stainless steel strap and steel tension bar, when tightened properly, will positively seal the joint between the pipes.
  • The positive seal tension bar is notched on both ends and welded strategically to the stainless steel clamp, which wraps around the tension bar. When torqued, it stretches and forms the metal strap over the notched bar to positively seal the different O.D.'s of the connecting pipes without crimping or bending.
  • Stainless steel strap (.018 thick).
  • Includes 2 hardened bolts , 2 hardened nuts, 2 hardened washers, and 2 steel tension bars wrapped in steel and spot welded.
