• Forms a massive chromium-carbide microstructure in the weld deposit that provides severe wear resistance.
• Protects most iron base surfaces against severe wear and moderate impact.
• Deposits a very smooth edge-bead on scrapers, shovels, plow shares, cultivator sweeps, tampers, post hole diggers, augers, screws, and other similar equipment.
• Ideal for all edges and surfaces used on earth moving equipment.
• Can be applied over a softer cushioning alloy, such as Duralloy Impact or Ultralloy, for used on bucket teeth, hammer-mill hammers, and other tools designed to resist impact in service.
