Product Details

  • SELF-FUSING TAPE - Sil/Fuse tape fuses together rapidly when applied under tension to provide a solid, continuous wrapping.
  • HIGH PERFORMANCE SILICONE BASE - Resists continuous operating temperatures from -76° to +392°F, up to 500°F intermittently.
  • SUPERIOR INSULATING AND SEALING - As effective as heat shrink tubing but requires no heat and can be applied anywhere.
  • HIGH DIELECTRIC STRENGTH - 20 mil tape thickness provides up to 400 volts/mil dielectric.
  • NO ADHESIVE BACKING - Sil/Fuse tape sticks only to itself and leaves no residue on connections.
  • REMOVABLE - Removes cleanly when cut, allowing connections to be opened for inspection or repair.
  • WILL NOT BECOME BRITTLE - Retains maximum flexibility and versatility under all conditions and temperatures.
