  • EXTREMELY LONG LIFE - Premium industrial diamond abrasive grain is permanently bonded to a rigid steel shank, providing long tool life.
  • FILES THE TOUGH-TO-FILE - Diamond abrasive grain removes hardened tool steel, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other tough alloys that standard toothed files are unable to cut
  • NON-LOADING DESIGN - Will not load up like conventional files when used on aluminum, wood or other softer materials. Simply run file under water and the build-up will rinse away - no need to use a file card.
  • EASY FILING - Unlike conventional toothed files that ‘hang up’ when starting on the work surface, diamond abrasive files start smoothly with consistent pressure throughout the filing stroke.
  • VERSATILE STOCK REMOVAL - Use moderate pressure for aggressive stock removal like a coarse bastard file; use light pressure to leave a smoother finish than can be achieved by a conventional mill bastard file.
