Product Details
- ROSIN CORE: Used for electrical work because the residues which remain after soldering are non-corrosive and non-conductive. This prevents damage to delicate wires.
- ACID CORE: Used for general purpose work because of its chemical action. It will cut through heavy tarnishes and oxides. Not for electrical work due to the residues that remain after soldering.
- SOLID WIRE: Used on big jobs where more solder is required. When using solid wire solder it is always necessary to also use flux.
- LEAD FREE: Used on copper plumbing or hot water tanks, refrigeration Systems or applications that require high strength. Each type of solder has a lead-free product.
- SILVER SOLDER: Used for high strength repairs, and to join all metals except aluminum, magnesium and pot-metal. Ideal for stain less steel.
- Quick wetting rosin core helps assure perfect solder connections.
- Contains a rosin flux core that actively cleans parts as they are soldered for maximum conductivity and strength.
- Optimum combination of tensile strengths and low melting point.
- All electrical applications of copper, silver plate and tin plate.
