  • Extra high density PTFE tape provides superior sealing performance and increased reliability.
  • Prevents leaks on worn threads, and seals imperfections for maximum reliability.
  • Easier to handle & apply than regular PTFE tapes.
  • U.L. listed under CHM1677 Pipe Joint Tape 14710 and 12780.
  • Resists chemicals, acids, alkalies, caustics, corrosives, fuels, gases, refrigerants, solvents and other aggressive compounds.
  • High density tapes resists stringing and shredding.
  • Meets Mil Specs. T-27730A and AA-58092.
  • Withstands pressures up to 10,000 P.S.I. (rated 2,250 P.S.I. for hazardous, flammable gases).
  • Temperature range -450° to +500°F.
  • May be used on all types of metal and plastic pipe threaded connections.
