Disc Brushes

Plastic abrasive brushes remove gasket material, debris, paint, or corrosion from metal surfaces without gouging, providing flexibility for use on complex shapes and contours. All feature abrasive grains molded in plastic bristles for non-loading, consistent finishing and serve as alternatives to wire wheels, scrapers, and non-woven discs. Options include Type R, 5/8-11 hub, or Roloc™ mounts, narrow widths for working inside of channels or grooves, and compatibility with various power tools.

Bristles ride over surfaces removing old gasket without gouging - even on aluminum. Excellent flexibility for hard-to-get-at contours. Holders fit 1/4" or larger drill or air tool. Roloc™ fastening system for fast disc changes. Ideal to replace scrapers and wire wheels.
